Rose became connected with Dharawal Country while completing Honours in Creative Arts (Theatre & Performance) at the University of Wollongong. Rose continued her professional training internationally with the Shakespeare & Company (Massachusetts) and Ecole Philippe Gaulier (France). Professional credits include Grace Under Pressure (2017), The Big Think Festival, a national tour of Quite Faith (2018), Let Me Know When You Get Home (2021), National Theatre of Parramatta, Arc by Erth (2022) Sydney Opera House, Coil by Regroup Performance Collective (National Tour) (2023). Rose has practiced in residencies with Shopfront Theatre, Digital Artist Residency with Merrigong Theatre & Performing Lines and MerrigongX. Rose was the recipient of the Ian Potter Culture Trust grant (2018) which led to employment with Ministry of Education delivering English language shows to primary students in France. While in Europe, Rose joined The Wonder Jam at the Edinburgh Fringe, and the international clown collective The Lost Cabaret producing live late-night cabaret shows in Paris. Rose has worked in an ongoing capacity as a therapeutic clown with The Starlight Children’s Foundation and is currently a Clown Doctor with the Humour Foundation.
