Course cancellations/withdrawals made more than 14 days before the course commencement are eligible for a full refund. Booking and processing fees not included.

Course cancellations/withdrawals made fewer than 14 days but more than 7 days before the course commencement are eligible a 50% refund or full credit (dependent on availability) Booking and processing fees not included.

Course cancellations/withdrawals made within 7 days of the course commencement are non-refundable. A credit made be provided at the discretion of Hurrah Hurrah. Credit is dependent on availability.

Courses purchased by one person can be transferred to another person. Hurrah Hurrah must be notified in writing before the workshop commencement and written confirmation of this transfer must be received by all parties.

In the unlikely event that Hurrah Hurrah cancels or postpones a workshop, all participants will be notified via email and phone. A full refund or a full credit will be provided. Booking and processing fees not included.

Hurrah Hurrah takes every precaution to ensure that participants are physically and emotionally safe in our workshops. However, accidents can happen. If you have an exisiting condition or injury that may affect your experience of the workshop, you should speak with Hurrah Hurrah and a medical practitioner where appropriate, before the workshop commencement.

Hurrah Hurrah operates with respect and diginity for all people. We aim to constantly improve our sensitivity towards people's needs in order to provide a safe place for creative expression. We welcome your feedback on this.
At Hurrah Hurrah, our goal is to ensure safety, rigour and fun and we do not believe that these are mutually exclusive.
In order to attend a Hurrah Hurrah workshop you agree to:

Treat everybody with respect and dignity

Contribute to a supportive environment which involves actively watching and listening when it's not your turn

Behave in a way which is physically, culturally and emotionally safe for all.

Take creative risks and pro-actively try to extend yourself.

Welcome with open arms, ideas and points of view that are different to yours. This doesn't mean accepting hate speech or bigotry which will not be tolerated. Hurrah Hurrah retains the right to remove those who exhibit hate speech and bigotry from their workshops, without refund or credit.

Wear appropriate attire that allows you to move and keeps you warm when you take a rest.

Care for yourself by drinking plenty of water and ensuring you have something warm to wrap around yourself.

Take a break from your phone. Phones are not permitted in the workshop. They will be turned off and put away to encourage presence.

Understand that being uncomfortable is where we grow as artists.
